It's a three-minute walk from popular spots such as Jay's Bikes, Small World Coffee, Hoagie Haven, and Blue Point Grill. Take a trip to New York using the in-town train station or bus stop.

The space

You’ll adore the location, the comfort, the convenience of this comfortable 1150 Sq ft home. It has Two Bedrooms, One Full Renovated Bathroom, Brand New Kitchen w/High End LG Studio appliances, Comfortable Living room, Family room w/ 55 inches Samsung TV. The whole house has a New AC/Heater system and European furniture.

As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home.

Getting around

This home is 5 minutes away from the bus to New York and is less than 20 minutes away from the dinky, which takes you to the Princeton Junction train station. It is also in the center of Princeton's historic Nassau Street, giving you immediate access to the many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and museums the town has to offer.

Guest access

Guests can access the whole property with the separate entrance and private backyard area.

There is a Ring camera at the front door.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 6 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 7+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 6 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: If you need to park a car, you may use a spot at one of our nearby listings for no extra charge.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
