My beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom Red brick house is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is a five-minute walk from the Princeton Shopping Center and 1.5 miles away from the University. It comes with four parking spaces and a spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend the summer playing games, enjoying the sunshine, and barbecuing with friends. It's a great place for everyone in your family. Relax and enjoy :)

The space

The 3100 square foot red brick house (this is the Red brick portion of the property) with Four bedrooms and Three Full Bathrooms is located in the safe residential area with the comfort of Modern Furniture, Free WI-FI, Cable TV, Central Cooling and Heating System. You will immediately feel at home.

As a Vacation Rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids and dogs, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡

It comes with Four Parking Spaces, Spacious Backyard and Barbeque Grill (propane is not provided). It's a nice and cozy house for each member of your family. Relax and Enjoy :)

Getting around

In Princeton Shopping Center ( 0.5 mile away ) there is Bus Stop with FreeB - Neighborhood Bus Service serving Princeton community. It will take you FREE to Dinky Train Station, Bus Stop to NY and Princeton's historic Nassau Street, giving you immediate access to the many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and museums the town has to offer.

Guest access

Guests will be able to access the entire Red Brick House. The backyard area supposed to be shared with Blue House guests.

Other things to note

There is a Ring camera at the front door.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 10 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 10+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 10 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: The right side of the driveway has space for up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the street or front lawn.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150/per pet (First pet is $150, Second pet is $75),  if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
