In-Town Blue 4BR w/ Terrace and Backyard

My beautiful, blue four bedrooms house is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is a five-minute walk from the Princeton Shopping Center and 1.5 miles from the University. It includes two parking spaces and a spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend the whole summer playing games, enjoying the sunshine, and barbecuing with friends. It's a nice and cozy home for everyone in your family. Relax and enjoy :)

The space

The 1500 Sq ft Blue house (this is the blue portion of the property) with four separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms ( one is on the first floor and second is on the second floor) is located in the safe residential area with the comfort of New Furniture, Free WI-FI, Cable TV, Central Cooling and Heating System. You will immediately feel at home.

As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home. We have Ring camera outside in the front of the house for guests and owner protection.

It comes with Two Parking Spaces, Spacious Backyard and Barbeque Grill ( propane gas is not provided). It's a nice and cozy house for each member of your family. Relax and Enjoy :)

Getting around

My Nice and Cozy House is located in very quiet and safe neighborhood about 5 walking minutes to Princeton Shopping Center ( The Second Downtown in Princeton ) where is Grover Park, NY Sport Club, McCaffrey's Supermarket, Bon Appetite European store, Nomad Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Freeb Bus and Summer Concert every Thursday!

Guest access

Guests can use the whole 4 bedroom Blue house and backyard area they share with Red Brick House.

Other things to note

There is a Ring camera at the front door. The backyard area is shared with the red brick portion of the house.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 10 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 11+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 10 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: There is space for two cars (back to back) on the left side of the driveway.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
