- Dining room that can seat up to eight people
- Living room w/leather coaches and 42-inch TV  
- Sunroom with a pull-out couch and AC/Heater Split Unit for comfortable stay
- Private balcony

As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡

Directly on Nassau Street, you'll be right in the center of Princeton.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

Other things to note

The property is located on the second floor. There's an entrance at the street, and one to the condo itself. 

Please don’t use the bathtub, only the shower! 

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 6 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 4 guests, it is expected that only up to 4 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 7+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 6 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund. 

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: We offer a parking pass to the Hulfish Garage, about a four minute walk away.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
