My beautiful, two-bedroom, second-floor condo is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The home is less than one mile from Princeton University and the entertainment-filled Nassau Street, and is a three minute walk from the Princeton Shopping Center. My place is right next to the bus to New York and is fifteen minutes from the dinky, which takes you to the Princeton Junction train station and beyond.

The space

My Beautiful 1250 Sq ft 2 BR Condo (fit up to 6 people) is located between Harrison and Nassau st. It comes with 2 Parking Spaces and the comfort of New Furniture, Full Kitchen, Free WI-FI and Cable TV. You will immediately feel at home. It's a nice and cozy home on the second floor ( the first floor condo is totally separate and you will not share anything accept the parking and the front door entrance) for each member of your family.

As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡

Getting around

My Beautiful 2 BR condo on the second floor is located between Harrison and Nassau Street. It's near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The House is located 1 mile to Downtown and Princeton University and 0.25 mile to Princeton Shopping Center ( Second Downtown in Princeton)

Guests will have access to the entire place.

There is a Ring camera at the front door.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 6 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 7+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 6 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: There is space for two cars (back to back) on the right side of the driveway.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
