The space

Newly renovated and beautifully furnished , this 2000 Sq ft house is the perfect place to stay when visiting Princeton area. Enjoy the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and multitude of bedrooms as you would in your own home. Located in the heart of the town and only minutes away from Downtown Princeton, you're always within arm's reach of something to do.

We keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For families with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡

Getting around

Get around is easy, as your home only half a mile from the bus stop, taking you to Princeton and New York. Similarly, the dinky in Princeton and station in Princeton Junction give you access to travel by train. Prefer to drive? Use routes 206, 295 and 1 to get anywhere you need to go in the area.

Guest access 

Guests will have access to the whole property.

Other things to note

This is a mid-term rental, with a 30-day minimum stay.

There are two Ring cameras. One doorbell cam at the front door, and one floodlight cam above the garage.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 10 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 4 guests, it is expected that only up to 4 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 11+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 10 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund. 

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: This house has a large driveway, with space for plenty of cars. Please do not park on the front lawn.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
