My beautiful four-bedroom Sunny Ranch is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is 0.4 miles from Princeton Junction Train Station and 1.9 miles away from Princeton University. It comes with four parking spaces and a spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend the summer playing games, enjoying the sunshine, and barbecuing with friends. The space

The Four bedrooms and Two and a half bathrooms 1250 Sq ft home is located in the safe residential area with the comfort of New Furniture, Free Fast WI-FI, Cable TV, Central Cooling and Heating System. You will immediately feel at home.

As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡

It comes with four Parking Spaces, Spacious Backyard and Barbeque Grill (Charcoal is not included).It's a nice and cozy house for each member of your family. Relax and Enjoy :)

Getting around

The House is located about 1.5 miles to Downtown and Princeton University, 0.9 miles to train station. Close to route 1 , route 295 and NJ turnpike.

Guest access 

Guests will have access to the whole property.

Other things to note

There are two Ring cameras. One doorbell cam at the front door, and one floodlight cam above the garage.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 8 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 4 guests, it is expected that only up to 4 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 9+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 8 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund. 

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: This house has a large driveway, with space for plenty of cars. Please do not park on the front lawn.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
