My beautiful four-bedroom Sunrise Villa is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is about 0.3 miles from D&R canal and 3.2 miles away from Princeton University. It comes with four parking spaces and a spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend the summer playing games, enjoying the sunshine, and barbecuing with friends. Getting around

Sunset Point is located near all major highways (Route - 27, Route- 1, Route- 295, NJ Turn Pike).

Bus Stop to NY and Princeton's historic Nassau Street, giving you immediate access to the many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and museums the town has to offer. There are Post Office, D&R Canal, PJ"s Pancake house, Italian Restaurant, Pizza Place, Subs and Bakery in the short walking distance from this house.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

House rules

OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 10 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 11+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 10 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: There is space for up to four cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the lawn or street.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
