My cozy historic first-floor condo is near everything that Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, museums and campus events. The home is 1.2 miles from Princeton University and the entertainment-filled Nassau Street. It's only half a mile from the Princeton Shopping Center, where you can find a supermarket, New York Sports Club, Bon Appetite Gourmet Market, Chopt Salad, freeB Bus and more. My home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
My Beautiful historic 1400 Sq feet place with 2 bedrooms w/Den which is walking through and two full bathrooms is located on a quiet street with the comfort of new furniture, Free WI-FI and Cable TV. You will immediately feel at home. It comes with Two Parking Spaces (regular size vehicles) and brand new Fujitsu Cooling and Heating System for each room. It's a nice and cozy house on the second floor (with stairs going upstairs 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer) and third floor (separate bedroom, spacious full bathroom and laundry room) for each member of your family. The furniture was fully updated in july 2018. Relax and Enjoy :)
As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡
The House is located 1.2 miles (30 min walking or 5 min Uber) to Downtown and Princeton University, 0.5 mile (15 min walking) to Princeton Shopping Center where is NY Sport Club, McCaffrey's Supermarket, Bon Appetite European store, Cross Culture Ethnic Indian Cuisine, Shanghai Park Chinese Restaurant, Famous Nomad Pizza, Chopt Creative Salad, Dunkin Donuts, Freebee Bus, and more.

I love and live in Princeton. My background is classical music and business. My passions include travel, photography, ballroom dancing, interior design and music. In 2015 my husband and I went to Europe for a month. We visited Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Belgium. It was an unforgettable experience and a magical time. Every place we went made sure that our stay was as comfortable and convenient as possible, and I have made it my mission to do the same. I wish that everybody can Travel More and Stress Less :)
